Can anyone demonstate that Drive-by-wire does actually adapt to the way they drive ?. I cannot detect anything that suggests it is doing anything at all. When changing gear the revs just drop away, when I expected them to hold briefly, then move up or down according to the new gear selection.
All this DBW technology appears to do for me is add that "characteristic" delay when accelerating, I don't understand the hype.
