Thank you for all the replies folks. I'm not happy with it so I've booked it back into the dealers for this Wednesday.

Driving round town its like having cruse control on and theres no slowing down until you brake.

Funnily enough I have had problems with this dealer before when I had my Type R and ended up ditching them. I thought I would give them another chance to see if they've improved seeing as they are just down the road. I think I've got my answer, looks like I'll have to go back to the less convienient but more thorough dealer I used for the Type R.

I thought it might be higer when cold but even after a 40 mile motorway journey the tick over is just as high during my 10 second shut down routine.

Cheers I guess it may have had a software update but its not learning. I'm 5 days and a couple of hundred miles after the service and its still the same.
