wooly - mine looks identical to that, except I seem to be missing the sticker
but yes, sometimes the lead seems to twist round with the cap as I put it back in.
trouble is that it takes so long between fill ups and sticks so infrequently that I can't recall if I did anything different the time before it stuck
Although mine did stick tonight - scary with the DIS showing 6 miles left...
