I wouldn't. The manual does say clearly not to add any additives in the fuel or oil. I wouldn't want to risk it.

I'm not saying the chaps there did not get improvments, it's just a case of 'if it ain't broke...' I am happy with the engine as is.

I would be interested in reading any Civic owner's findings should they wish to try it out!
