Cos' they are NU, and they are lying cheating ******** [before anyone says something about making claims, it's my opinion of them and they as much as called me and my father the same......] (they lost a large account of my families cars and my fathers business vehicles......). They use every trick in the book to get out of paying, even down to using lie detectors when you phone the claims line (just like most other companies), when you get asked your name birthdate etc., it's not security it's to get a baseline for judging your answers about the claim.......

Norwhich Union, vertually called my father a liar, and used the term fraudulent claim, which I wanted to take further as libel/slander (they shouldn't say it without proof!). Anyways enough of my horror stories with them.......... anyways just a heads up.......

I record all my phone conversations with insurance companies, cos I don't trust any of them an inch........ or even 2.54cm........

I dont doubt for a second they're gonna try and screw me over the first chance they get, but thats the downside to being young, not a massive choice of insurance companies.
