That actually is the point of them
Those light are basically 'shift lights' - meaning when you need to change gear for max power¬ to hit rev limit.
Basically, those lights shouls start lighting up at like 500rpm before rev limit (cant tell exact rpm's... still waiting for my space ship to land
).
