Yes, it pulled better from lower revs, but I'll choose a sweet petrol engine and stir it's 'box properly any day. 42mpg aint to shabby, either.

Dead right, Bungle. Wait a year or so and they'll rattle even more, smell even more, smoke a lot more, and be noisier.
