You are right to be uneasy about the rpm figure and the torque is equally unbelievable. I presume you're reading the figures from a graph of the dyno run? If so, the the operative made a mistake in setting things up. I'd ask for a re-run or my money back.
One other thing to be aware of is that different makes and different types of dyno - even when operated correctly - will give different figures with the same vehicle. The dyno is a comparative tool only and only of any real value if the same dyno is (correctly) used each time.
