Apparently letters are going out to all owners affected by the rear shock absorber issue. I haven't as yet received mine, has anybody?
Poss reason:
The dealer did check the 'PUD' for my chassis number, however, according to the the database it doesn't affect mine - so it has to be checked out first
. My car was built around the time this problem was born and it clunks away coming off the drive !!!
Traceability of parts - seems Honda's database maybe lacking!
I have also checked
http://www.honda.co.uk/owner/cars/customerDetails.jsp and found no issues for my car!!!!
(PUD: Product Update Doc . . . . . . I believe!)
