Turkey does not have headlight washers. The car itself is EX, but headlight washers, and satnav are excluded. It also does not come with
HID lamps, I had them fitted when I took the car.
BTW, headlamp washing does not have anything to do with the kind of bulb inside... It is only a matter of paying for the facility to clean the mud on the glass. Actually, from what I have seen, it does not wipe the surface clean, but wets the glass with a water jet so the glass+mud combination is more transparent. But unless you have wipers for the headlamps, positive cleaning is not possible. It is only a washer and is useful to a certain extent.
