i drive a transit, utter *****! and customer service..... complete joke! took over a week to fix a door handle, had the part same day as fault reported, then said they couldnt do the job as the door had insulation in it (frezzer van) and it was a warrenty job. went to a non ford company who done it the next day.
glad i never went ford, they are as bad as citroen for depreciation, and common as hell!
