Missing headlamp washer nozzles
Over the holiday I decided to fit the fog lamps I bought some weeks ago. My civic is a 2006 2.2 sport with 17" wheels - as a sport variant it is not fitted with headlamp washers as standard.
I was surprised therefore to discover on removing the front bumper that all the plumbing (fully connected) is in place for the headlamp washers. It appears to me that all that is missing is the nozzles to replace the blanking plates on the front of the bumper.
Does anyone have experience of this - I am I right in thinking if I buy and fit the nozzles that the headlamp washer system will function?? or is it more than that??
As an aside it seems strange to fit all the plumbing for a non functioning headlamp washer system but not the wiring loom for the fog lamps!
