technically they are illegal, but police rarely stop u, because u drive a new car. if it was on an old car, police mite bother to stop u, but if new, they may not tell the difference between standard OEM
HID and conversion kits (even though its evident they are much brighter). i personally wouldn't worry about it. with regards to the MOT issue, just take them off! people do that with catalytic converters so why cant u do it with
HID kits. foggy69 made a good point bout them being on the civic though.
