Had my 2 fogs paid for by Honda Customer Services as the warranty dept refused my warranty claim. Can I suggest that anyone in the UK with the same problem speaks to
Kiran (female) at Honda, on the number shown above. By repeatedly highlighting the issue to the same customer services rep, I expect that you'll get a more favourable end result.
