If they are quote tiny then a paint touch-up kit is the first option. Second option is a firm like ChipsAway that can do a good job but like all trades there are good and bad operators, try and get a recommendation.

Final option is to let it go if not too severe and get the front end repainted every couple of years. I have found that the coloured polishes can help hide some of the damage.

And yes - as above - DiamondBright is no defense against stones.
