Same thing I am really glad I started driving on my good old Peugeot 106 (1.0 XD). Made me build my experience as a driver.
But I do find insurrance expensive in the UK. When I bought my RX8 (3 years ago I was 24 with 10% bonus) the insurrance costed me a bit less than 1800 euros per year ...
