Before moving to Roanne I was living in Thionville just at the border between France and Luxembourg Motorway A31 ... Huge traffic jam every week end from june to August ! mainly due to roadworks and so on. I was alway ashamed by the way we where greeting the other European when they where crossing through France !
So I was avoiding the motorway during the summer time
