Not a fan of blue bulbs but I have had the Blue High Temp parking lights by Philips. These bulbs are a brilliant white and they are a filament bulb.
Given away free when you buy a set of headlamp bulbs from a certain online retailer - searching for it (posted it somewhere on this forum)!!!!!!
