Erm, I have a roller switch thingy that adjusts the lights but not sure about the switch type (I have an SE)!!
Charley Farley - its not all over, just one side in two places one is a long scratch that goes around a switch and the other is about half an inch in thickness and about two and half inches long almost like someone has swiped it with a scourer and in a certain light it looks like a long smear but it is actually scratches.
