Well, shock horror, I have just had a return phone call from HCS!
BUT - they're still sticking to their £500 off my next Honda - which as she reminded me was offered last May - despite (I would guess) half my problems occuring since then - so absolutely no compensation for the number of weeks I have been without my car, the time taken off work to go back and forth to the dealers and all the inconvenience caused.
The simply don't care about us!
