If you mean fitting them your self then i think it will void the warranty on what you have replaced with the mugen part
If you have them fitted by an approved mugen dealer then you might get some kind of warranty
The mugen parts fitted to the
M20 are only covered for one year but the warranty is void if the car is used on a track
