After six months of trying to live with the unacceptable sound quality of the Honda
HFT kit , which my dealer seems unable to rectify ,( I make and recieve 20-30 calls a day 0f which 75% of the people on the other end complain that they are unable to hear me clearly ) I am considering contacting trading standards as the hands free kit is clearly not suitable for the purpose for which it was sold .
Has anyone else had to resort to this or had honda pay to have an alternative kit fitted ?
