They have real problems! Overheting, damageing turbos, cylinderhead gaskets, stucking EGR valves and a lot of major failures... on new cars!!  Those are the real problems man! What we have is a piece of cake!  |
And it just so happens that my car is one of those earlier models (Feb '06) and since I've taken ownership of the car in November - it has had to go back to the dealer 6 times, so yes, I think I can safely say that my car has had problems - some of which are extremely dangerous and can be classed as major failures.
I also found out yesterday that my car has to go back in again for ANOTHER recall making it a 7th visit in only 5 months. Not what I would describe as a piece of cake!
I'm sure there are some other people on here with the early models that have had similar issues, and some that haven't had any at all, all I know is that for the people that have it hasn't been an easy ride at all (pardon the pun!).
