This is remote central locking is it not? It means you don't have to stick the key in the lock...

Go £1000 under & see what they say. If they won't shift the £500 off then walk away. You can always walk back again a day or so later if you really don't mind.

Shop around online - plenty of examples in this forum like Drivethedeal, Broadspeed, Autobuytel etc. Get their best prices & take them to a local dealer. Sometimes they match them, sometimes they don't.

Many of the online sites back the sales enquiries out to subscribing dealers so you can still end up working with a dealer directly even if they are at some distance from you - get your servicing/warranty work done at your local.

They all get their cars from the same place (Swindon) so should all be offering same sort of lead times, just varying profit margins.
