Every Tuesday I pass an old man in one of those things (with his crutches strapped on the back), usually going down a hill! What gets me is the folk "driving" them on the road
The tuesday bloke has to negotiate a mini-roundabout and I've seen him drive right over it, with no consideration for anyone else. If they want to drive them on the road, they should pay tax and need insurance.
