The remap only adjusts fuel and turbo boost settings and you could drive a remapped car identically to a non-remapped one. So in my opinion there wouldn't have to be a minimum mileage. You could 'run-in' a remapped car perfectly well - indeed some might argue it may assist bedding-in of the piston rings due to the potential for increased use of throttle variation.
I waited 1000 miles for my remap but only because I wanted to truly appreciate the difference in performance. And of course theres the small issue of forking out £500 soon after the expense of the car itself!
