On my Civic, dirt seems to be spraying from the rear wheels through a small hole where the two panels meet the trim (directly above the rear wheel arch). This happens on both sides of the car and leaves dirty, muddy streaks across the rear corner panels...

Anyone else experienced this - seems like a bit of a design flaw to me?

Any advice on how to stop it?
