It's a great car. If you want one now, buy one now, if you can wait, then wait and see if any better deals come up (they might, they might not). Just don't forget it sometimes takes months for a new one to turn up!
The amount of time and money some people waste just to save a few bob is laughable sometimes.
I would go to a couple of local dealers, tell them exactly what you want and how you wish to pay for it and get their best price.
My advice would be to buy the car now, so you can find out why most Civic owners have a silly grin whenever they pilot their spaceships.
