The computer is more accurate if you drive the tank empty in the same day.
How accurate it is also depends on driving style. It's silly, but accountable.
For me this boardcomputer is a nice thing to have. Give's some kind of indication anyway, but I always calculate the fuel consumption after fuel tanking.
For the 1.4 dsi the boardcompu reads 6.3 l/ 100 km ( B counter ) average after 9000 km.
This is include 'winter' period.
Latest 3 fuel fill ups where better...6.0 l / 100 km says the A counter of the Honda's compu.
My own calculator says 6.4 l / 100 km
