HI all,

I managed to get hold of a paint thinkness so I thought I'd see what kind of paint my spaceship had.

First the car - 06 Diesel EX 12K ish miles.

I checked about 10 -15 places on the bonnet and ranged from 110 - 130 Microns

the doors all seem to have around 90 - 100 Microns

And the roof had around 90 - 115 Microns. 90 was where the dealer replaced the windscreen trim and i think they have polished it a bit.

What do you guys think about the readings?
Im not sure what the recommended thicknesses should be.

Is the boot lid plastic? I felt like it was.
