Mine has been put back too Phantom first cos the car wasnt in and then cos the dealer wasnt aware you can take the forms in early they took mine in on the 4th and arent expecting it back until 16th they are supposedly ringing every day to see if it's ready though.
I rang the DVLA to see and they said they take 7-10 days but it might be sooner
there's nothing I can do to hurry it up and I was told they dont do over the counter while you wait transfers anymore!
The annoying thing is the DVLA made the cheaper personalised plates more accessible to everyone and now cant pull their fingers out on transfers!
