Also I had loads of problems with my current Focus when I first got it
The tracking was out which I kept informing the dealer of and they did nothing resulting in new tyres
The Air Con didnt work properly
The engine management light came on after anything more than a 15 minute run - this was never fixed by ford I had to take it to a local garage after taking it to ford about 5 or 6 times
Once when I got it back the bonnet didnt close properly when I looked there was a pipe or hose of some description left under the bonnet along with a couple of tools
The washer thingy for the headlights leaked resulting in no washer fluid every day, when I took it to ford they denied it was leaking even though the workshop floor was flooded "thats not from your car" they said LOL It still sometimes comes loose and we have to scramble about on the floor to push it back
The nice leather bit around the handbrake was never secured and everytime they fixed it for me it popped back out, I fixed it myself in the end.
I'm sure there are more I will think of
