I went from Sheffield to St.Neots at the weekend, and averaged 50mpg on the way down, and 48mpg on the way back (in the rain :-/ ). This was on an engine that had only done 300 miles when I set off.
Between the M1 and A1 (Mansfield to Newark) I actually managed to average 62mpg.

This is all pretty good to me, having come from a TVR that was doing 16mpg lol!
