So do you think that driving under the influence of alcohol is acceptable.

You obviously thought you might be over the limit, WTF did you still get in the car.
The drink driving limit in this country should be slashed to the 'Transport Workers' limit of 30mg, or even 0mg. This should get the message over that even a small amount of alcohol is dangerous.
