Trouble is Jnr doesn’t like the Brittax seat and squirmed about as soon as he was in it. Has anyone got a Maxi-Cosi stage 2 fitted OK??? If so which one.
Thanks

We got the Priory XP before we got the new Civic. It was easy to fit tight in the 97 Civic & when I test drove the new 5 door.
When I had the Type S on loan I couldn't get the right angle to get the seat belt tight so I went & got the Britax ISO fix Duo which can fit using ISO fix or standard seat belt. I got the Britax one cos I was in a major hurry to buy & couldn't get anything else from the local shops there & then.
I would now go for a MaxiCosi ISO fix if I had the time to have it delivered. It seems every seat test puts the Maxi Cosi on top... of the rankings, not the roof. That'd be silly. But not a bad idea for some journeys.
The Britax has the optional (extra cost) seat tether (strap) that goes over the back of the seat & clips to the anchor point on the back of the seat which I thought was a good idea.
