HUK Customer Services and replies to you all - of course they want to keep customers complaints seperate and treat them as individuals - divide and conquer is the principal at play here,
if too many of us get together on this forum
to flag up genuine issues and press
HUK on them they are afraid they may have to address those issues! Keep up the discussion and sharing of info people - it'll pay off long term I'm sure. . . .
