Thanks for the replies. It never ceases to amaze me how different the book values are. Book says around £9k for trade in with the mileage (68K), but they only offer 6K against a brand new motor...
I can get around 8K private, but don't want to be without a car for a few weeks. Is this the price I have to pay!
