With regards to tax, there isnt a great deal of difference in them, well not enough make me jump one way or the other.
The miles i do will be mostly country roads and town driving with a couple of motorway trips every few weeks.
I think i will go for the 1.8 EX with the extra toys. Im going for a test drive them both though.
The reason for asking is that nearly every review says the 2.2 is so much better than the 1.8 and that the diesel is the only engine to have?
