I have an EX and I got a fair price for my Focus ST170, I got £1500 off the list price with mats thrown in and they paid the private plate transfer (80 quid).
After some major mistakes with delivery dates I also got spare wheel and city pack added FOC.
If you want the sat nav &
HFT you will need to get the EX not ES personally I think it's worth the extra grand or so as you get 17" wheels/
HID's/Sat Nav/Voice control/
HFT a lot for the money IMO. Also you may read that many people have problems with
HFT and voice control but Ive had it a month and although you have to say the EXACT phrase I've never had a problem with it recognising me and I have a very strong bristolian/west country accent.
I also have leather and think it gives the car a touch of extra class. Also I thought and have read on here that the cloth looks tired after a while.
As everyone else says it seems the IPOD adapter is a waste of money and you're much better off burning a load of MP3 cd's
