Is the inside of your engine bay wet?!! I had this exact same problem, for a day or so I thought my washer bottle was empty as I could hear the motors running, but when I tried the washers with the bonnet up, I spotted water spraying from somewhere, that's when I discovered the washer pipe was disconnected. If you are looking at the engine, on the left side just slightly above the washer bottle you will see the pipe, and at about that point you'll notice a black connector section in the pipe. If it's disconnected, all you have to do is clip them back together. Takes 2 mins when you know what to look for!
