Nearest Dealer would be in Aberdeen - 14 hours by ferry, but servicing can be done by any competent garage and warranty is OK if you use genuine Honda Parts - see Office of Fair Trading document:

On the roads thing (I drive about 14k a year, all in Shetland), the Shetland Islands council website says that there are approximately 650 miles of public roads in Shetland, A and B roads, all in fairly good nick compared with your average road “Down South”. Believe me, the roads are quiet and the driving is great!
