You wouldnt believe some of the idiots that we have ringing up, these people should have electric toothbrushes let alone pcs lol
a tale that all the new starters get told is:-
Adviser- can you please close all of your windows.
Cust- ok, hold on
Cust goes away and come back after a while.
Adviser- ok so what do you have on the screen now?
Cust- everything that was there before.
The cust had actually gone around the house and closed all of her windows, she never touched the pc!!!!
Very frustrating at times but has to be done!!
