I bought the Roof bars From my Honda Dealer for £162.68.
I fitted them myself onto my Type S GT in just over Half an hour.
You don't need to remove the whole strip if you start from the back i just put a towel over the glass and cut the strip in situ.It was really easy.You can get the strip off using a credit card and your fingers.
On the bits of trim that you throw away I removed the White plastic clips and have kept them as spares(just in case).
I think the plastic covers are pretty cheap and nasty and will break easily.I told the dealer this and he ordered me a spare set and gave me them for free.
