For clutch to be completely disengaged you have to keep brake pressed (lightly is enough, just so brake light is on).
Same goes for *handbrake*! While car is stationary, and handbrake is on (light on on
dashboard), clutch is again disengaged.
But, if car is moving faster than approx 8-10km/h, than applying brake/handbrake will *not* disengage clutch. Car has to be stationary.

So why does my car creep forward on level ground with the handbrake on enough to put on the light on???
