I know it's a long way under your budget
but I have a Garmin I3 only £150 and it's a tiny unit (but still very clear), pretty basic but that makes it really easy to use - and it's never let me down (I do
a lot of driving), full 8-digit postcode, upload POIs and Speed cameras - what more could you want?
Absolutley brilliant little unit in my opinion
