For those interested I used this method to run in my 7 days old Type R. It has now gone for 2200km and the oil level is still as high as it was in the beginning, which is a good sign that it doesn't "leak" too much into the engine.
I plan on changing to new oil asap tho, bought some at Rosenholtz here in Sweden. I also plan on changing the oil filter, but when I first looked for it I couldnt find it so im giving it another go this weak now that I know where to look (behind the engine)
