Bought this from tinternet.

Need wet weather to see if made any difference or just messed me wipers up.

Looks like a target for thieves being so bright. What's it supposed to do ?

It is used to clean the edge of the blades. Doesn't stay on the wiper!! Just put it there for the photo. You have to line it up correct though or it appears that the blade won't reach the cleaning surface, but it will if used correctly. You basically slide it along the blade and it scrubs away the muck that builds up along its edge. But time will tell if its useful or useless.

Bought this some time ago, complete waste of money in my case. I didn't see any improvement.
