YEEPPP - and after a good hard run home, it sounds even better - turns heads, attracts women - what's not to love ? - and after the remap, SO much more responsive

thx Chris for the info: I'm more than ready to receive it ... it's just that I'm not so ready to say 'goodbye' to that amount of £££
I'm sure it's worth it, but this mod's gonna be scheduled for the coming spring...

Oh ok, I wouldn't have thought he would see much improvement over his stock system, but if that is what he wants.

Shipping to Athens would be around 5 days and £20.00 inc VAT, making the total for the Milltek front pipe kit and delivery £169.00 inc VAT.

Let me know if he'd like to go ahead with it

Rich

I think he will see some improvement because all aftermarket catbacks for 1.8 is 60mm,same as FN2 stock catback. The difference is that the second one has no noise because he is a family guy.

We've sold quite a few of the 1.8 front pipe kits now, as that was posted over a year ago! They sound almost identical to the Type R's with the non resonted Milltek systems on from us.

The Milltek front pipe kit for the 1.8 is a mere £149.00 inc VAT and this allows you to fit any Type R catback system including our brilliant non resonated Milltek system at just £499.00 inc VAT.

Let me know if i can sort a price for shipping for you.

Rich

Can I just buy the 150 front pipe and get any garage to put it on , will it need welding. Or just bolting ,

What will it do bhp and noise wise . ? Is the front pipe the part that does all the noise?

You can buy just the front pipe section off us, that's fine. But you won't be able to fit it until you have a Type R catback system to pair it with because of the way it alters the connecting points of your original system.

Because there isn't many systems out there for the 1.8, this front pipe kit allows you to fit any Type R system to it, giving you a lot more choice of noise.

Hey, I've only just clocked onto this thread! I have the 2010 type s gt, which has the exact same trim as the type r, with the only difference being the lack of a spoiler and 1" smaller alloys, would the hks system fit?

And would you be able to give me a quote with th emil front and the hks for the rest? thankyou
-Alan

EDIT: scrap that, whats the price for the full milltek w/ fitting? just googled the price of the HKS and i dont have a hope in hell of being able to afford that :P

Hi Alan, just to clarify, if you purchase our Milltek front pipe kit, you can then run any Catback Type R system on your 1.8. Milltek, Nvidia, HKS, Piper, Martelius just to name a few.

The price for our front pipe kit is 149.00 inc VAT and the Catback Milltek for the Type R is £499.00 so a full system is just £648.00 inc VAT.

We can fit this for £80.00, or send it out using UPS 24hour for just £30.00 inc VAT. (2 parcels)

I hope this helps, let me know how this sounds and what you'd like to do.

Cheers again,

Rich

Hello, thanks for the quick response!
was there not a catback system designed for milltek specifically for the front system ? I heard something about a non resonated one on this thread that pops and bangs with gear changes that I rather like the sound of :3
As I'm 17 this sounds costly but it's something that I'd like to do big time, as one of my friends has an 06 corsa 1.8 sri and has whacked and exhaust on that, leaving his car slighty fast ( he has the weight advantage), so i'm willing to do what it takes to make mine faster
