May I thank you all for your input, some of which mirrors my views, some of which does not and some posts have been bizzare, others hilarious.
Moderators please close this thread, we are going around in circles.
May we agree to disagree.
Cheers
Robbo

Yes I think it's ran it's course now.

Like it or not Stats are based on facts.

This just about sums it up really, there is no use argueing against facts, obviously there are exceptions to every rule. Some young drivers are better than others and the same for older drivers. But let's let it lie now.

when out with my mates last night we saw an "older" man reversing and scrape the side of a car and drive off

after i had let the owners know by waking them up , i had a little smile due to this thread

agreed that this thread is now dead with NO conclusions apart from young drivers are the GREATEST

And here in a nutshell is an example of a younger person not showing the experience and maturity they say that have. What more can be said, eh?

no i'm sure it was a joke just like Robbo's comment on the eyesight but you are experienced so you know better......

when an older person makes a sarcastic jokey comment it is funny and ok
when a youngster does the same he is not mature an inexperienced

what a laugh
