So...
No to 1930's
No to Aston Martin.
Extra clue for you......
Built after the war (1945) and a picture clue as well.
I expect the answers to flood in now!
Going to need a bit more...

Stirling Moss drove a prototype around Goodwood.
UK car
Built late 50's
Named with speed in mind

Would you call it "Michael"?

No more clues till this evening now.....

Slightly that no guesses at all.

If there is a SENSIBLE guess I will try and find you another clue, or if you ask a question I will (try to) answer YES/NO/Blank/UNSURE.
EG. Is it a UK car..YES
Was it built in 1945...NO
Was it built in the 50's...YES
What size engine has it got....Blank...
Has it got a V8 engine...NO
Did it come in yellow?....UNSURE

etc

Am still thinking along the lines of a Berkeley, as Moss did i believe test a prototype around Goodwood.
How about a B65?
